Roger brings over a decade of experience across capital markets, real estate finance, and development. He began his career on Wall Street working in equity and credit derivatives before transitioning into real estate investment and private lending.

At Australy International, Lendmarq, and Bluenest Development, he helped structure residential and commercial credit products while managing investor relations across diverse capital stacks.

Roger ensures every Coastal loan pencils — for the borrower, for our balance sheet, and for the institutional partners who back us.

Daniel Barres

Daniel is an entrepreneur at heart — a new-urban and build-to-rent developer, an acquisition machine, a men’s coach, and, his favorite title, Dad. He builds and scales innovative businesses, with tech and the culture inside them. Across 20+ years in real estate he has transacted on more than 28,000 properties — land, homes, and developments — for investors and builders.

Daniel’s intention for borrowers and partners is simple: get capital into the hands of builders and investors creating real value — with the speed and certainty to close, and a lender who treats every deal like his own. The way he sees it, financing should feel like a partnership, not a transaction.

Andre is a commercial real estate finance executive, entrepreneur, and U.S. Army veteran with nearly 20 years of experience spanning lending, underwriting, credit risk, and loan operations. His background includes multifamily, bridge lending, commercial real estate, single-family rental, and residential transition loans.

Andre is passionate about improving transaction execution through process design, financial modeling, workflow automation, and technology-driven solutions that help borrowers, lenders, and investors achieve their goals more efficiently.
