Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. All loan programs, rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. All loans are subject to credit approval and underwriting requirements.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Coastal Real Estate Funding LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Coastal Real Estate Funding LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

Coastal Real Estate Funding LLC SMS Program (operated by Coastal Real Estate Funding LLC, doing business as Coastal Funding).

The Coastal Real Estate Funding SMS Program sends transactional, customer-care messages to consumers and partners who have started an inquiry, application, or loan with us. Messages include application status updates, document requests, scheduling and reminder notifications, and replies to questions you send us. This program is strictly transactional — Coastal Real Estate Funding does NOT send promotional or marketing SMS through this program.

Message and data rates may apply. Coastal Real Estate Funding LLC does not charge for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may bill you for messages and data usage according to your plan.

Message frequency varies based on the status and activity of your inquiry, application, or loan. You will only receive messages that relate to a specific request, application, or loan you have started with Coastal Real Estate Funding LLC.

For questions or help with the SMS Program, contact Coastal Real Estate Funding LLC at dave@coastal-funding.com or call (239) 259-9829 during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern). You may also reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information by SMS.

You can opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To rejoin the program after opting out, submit a new inquiry on coastal-funding.com or contact us directly.

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from Coastal Real Estate Funding LLC. You will receive a reply containing the program name and the customer support contact information (dave@coastal-funding.com / (239) 259-9829).

Your participation in the SMS Program is governed by the Coastal Real Estate Funding Privacy Policy, available at https://coastal-funding.com/privacy-policy. Coastal Real Estate Funding will not share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in status, or any consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is dependent on wireless carrier infrastructure and is provided on a best-effort basis.
